Does anyone know where the UCH is located, as it looks like I need to replace this at the same time as the Sevcon, so need to find it for part numbers

UCH is about £150 from Renault uncoded. They charge through the nose for vin coding and installation.
Apparently 3rd party can-clip can write vin code to new components only.
